Dual Central Heating problem

We have Gas and Solid fuel central heating. When we first had the solid fuel connected up all the rads in the house were working. This year when we started using our heating none of the downstairs rads are working and we have no hot water when the fire is on. When the gas is on all the rads work and there is hot water. Any help would be gratefully received.

The water pump on the fire is not working, probably.

Thanks. There seems to be 2 pumps. One is in the press next to the fire and one is in the press where the hot water tank is. Can you tell me which one it is likely to be?

The one next to the fire, probably needs replacing. NB. Don't light the fire without the repair.
