Shower/Sink Pump Not Starting

    Hello,

Hope someone can help me here.. Going to call Grundfos tomorrow but wanted to know if I was on right track first.

Basically, have an apartment with a single negative head pump that serves hot and cold water to everything - washing machine, dishwasher, sinks, showers and toilets etc.

Over the weekend it has just gone dead. Not a peep out of it.. I have checked fuses, trips etc and can hear water trickling thru it when I use taps but its not starting.

In order to try diagnose I have taken the cover off the little board unit and can trace power coming into the board (from the low voltage transformer) and out to the 4 x valves/flow control modules - but when I turn on taps, either hot or cold, I cannot see any power being sent down into the pump unit. To me it indicates some type of board or capacitor failure. If this is the case then I am hoping that the board unit can be replaced rather than the whole pump and mini expansion tanks etc as I had to replace it 10 years ago and it cost me €800 at the time.

I've attached a photo that will explain all a little - the green arrows point to where I can detect voltage and the red arrows are the what seem like the power to the pump unit itself but I am not detecting any power on these when I run water in any taps etc.

Finally.. just to ask, does anyone know if just the board unit can be replaced on its own?

Any help would be great.. Thanks for reading.
    Paddy
