    Hard to tell from the headstock alone - any pictures of the whole thing?

    My first thought was Ludwig, but sadly no they always put their full name on the logo.

    No worries the good men at BanjoHangout.org have decided it was a cheap generic Asian Banjo. Here is the thread:

    I sold it on adverts for €120 with a hard case. At least neither buyer or seller will feel ripped off for that price :)
