Hi, looking for a bit of help and info

I've received a summons to appear in court in the near future for a minor offense, I'm wondering will this appear on a Garda Vetting application that I've sent off in the last 2 weeks or so (The Garda Vetting application was sent before I received the summons, and will be back before I go to court) I have no previous convictions of any kind.

    Thanks a million

    Depends on severity.

If it outstanding it may but if you haven't being prosecuted it won't say so if you get me.

It may show but that all depends on their filing of it. But it will be a unique pulse page to you.

Better off staying clear to be honest.

Thanks for the info. Im wondering as the address i got the summons to would have been different to my home address would that make much difference. I know you say its unique to me, but the vetting is for working with children, would the employer not see it too?

Oh dont worry, it was blimp of stupidity on a day that wont be repeated!

I would suggest maybe asking the garda prosecuting you or leave till court but it may well hinder you especially working with children. Could also contact citizens info they may be able to help.

I'm currently going through hell as regards Garda vetting that's for another time, but once they have your name and date of birth in the right order it is rare they get it wrong (but yes!!!!! its does happen)
