Quite likely it pulled screws and all.

You should be able to screw in but using a washer over the holes also may need to screw in new spot.

Can be easier to take wheel off also to get angle on screw driver.

Is it damaged? You will have to see if fixings are past it.

    What's oil level like?

    Diesel or petrol?

Recommend don't drive as could be catastrophic if oil not circulating properly.

Don't want to frighten you but they have some major issues in the diesel hopefully you stopped it in time?

Search up on them they have a poor record unfortunately.

I love them they are nice car to drive and look well but for some reason they have had many issues with diesel engine like Lexus and early Honda diesels also.
