Bit pointless really, all he'll be saying is that was..... this is......more music less talk. A robot could run q102

Along with Martin King, there are quite a few presenters on Q102 that go back to the Dublin '80s superpirates - Liam Coburn, Gerry Stevens, Aidan Cooney and, last but not least, CEO Scott Williams. Behind the scenes you also have Controller of Programmes for Q102 and FM104 - Dave Kelly. Is Martin the only one in the new lineup that was on Sunshine Radio in the '80s, and, for that matter, medium-sized pirate Heartbeat?

Incidentally, I knew Aidan Cooney and Gerry Stevens were involved with 98FM (as well as Martin), but I did not know Liam Coburn was. When was Liam with 98FM? I know he was with Capital Radio / Rock104 / FM104 for a number of years. He wouldn't be getting confused with Liam Quigley, who was with 98FM??

Liam Coburn was also on Atlantic 252 under the ridiculous name Batman Gomaz

Yeah, I had read about that before, although I don't believe I actually heard him on it.

In the first year of 98FM during its "Classic Hits" phase, Martin King used to present the album after midnight. It was practically a different station. Q102 started life as Lite FM in 2000, so did not even exist at the time!
