Controller replace or Nioh bug

Hi all...

I have the option of a repair but the controller plays perfect on all other games. Just played Dark Souls 3 like butter for the past hour but Nioh glitches instantly with left analogue stick.

It's 2 years old and a tricky call to make.

I'd hate to spend on a repair if it's a game bug. But it's a very rare event when I Google it.

What would you guys recommend?

Do you know anyone who has a PS4 so you can borrow a controller to see if the issue is still there with another controller?

I had a similar issue with FFXV recently. I couldn't get any of the vehicles past a crawl but my controller worked fine with every other game the same button even worked in other situations in FFXV. It turned out that my R2 button was broken in a way that when I had the button fully depressed it only registered as being barely engaged.

Looking here it might be a controller on the way out... this game must be very sensitive as all othere games work fine.
