    Hi!

My father was a recruit with the FCA in the late 60's/ early 70's.

He was in the Gormanstown Camp in Co. Meath.

I was wondering if anyone new if a) the FCA routinely took "squad" photos of the recruits, and b) if they did where might I find them?

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    L

Best to try and make contact with someone who was in the Company or Battalion he was in, they may have a few pics. My only bit of military experience was being in the FCA 35 years ago and more !! Generally they didn't take platoon or company pics, if any were taken it tended to be a guy with his mates etc
