Remote control codes

    Hi just wondering does anyone know the remote control codes for an Estar TV which I have just purchased.Want to be able to change the volume using a Sky remote control.No sign of the codes on the Sky website.Is Estar a generic brand of some of the main brands?

    This is a real shot in dark ..... Try 1613

    It's a Walker code.
    Other manufacturers such the Tesco TVs use them (technica?)

    Some of these brands are made by Vestel, these codes may be available for sky remotes

    Have tried several of the Vestel codes but no joy I'm afraid.Tried code 1613 the Walker code also.Will try some of the other codes tomorrow.Thanks for your help any way.

    They're not Vestel or UMC rebadges. Chinese originated

    No I never had any luck with the codes. These tv's are been sold by Free Tv.Also saw them for sale in DID and Euronics.Free Tv told me last year in an email that there were no known codes for the Sky remote .I don't use the tv for sky, only as a monitor .
