Know someone who has been called to the next stage, which is 1 individual case study, a group project and an interview. Any ideas of what may be involved?

You are put in a room with a problem statement regarding a fictitious company and you have an hour and a half to prepare a presentation based on this document. You then present to two people your findings. Second part is then working with a group of seven or so other graduates on another problem statement as people from vistakon watch you work out the problem. The group makes a short presentation and answers questions. I went through it last year and have been working there since september

Thanks. What is the next stage of the process and what is the money like?

That's the final stage. I was offered the job a few days later. 33k plus bonuses

This person got a call today and was told that they were through to the next stage and they would be receiving a form this evening for references. Do you think this means they will be offered a placement?

Yeah that's how it works usually. Once references are provided position should be theirs
