250 euro on a few bits?

Hi All, i have held on too long and now need to slowly start upgrading my setup. Have 250 to spend on a new board, cpu and ram. Will add a graphics card later on. Will reuse one of two cases in the house. But will probably use the case that takes a micro atx board. Any advice welcome to get me best value for money.
