    Does anybody know if there any app that unlocks private numbers or is it just impossible to do?

    I'm thinking it's possibly out there but it would be an illegal hack on the network probably?

    I was thinking out loud, I wasn't seriously thinking that somebody was going to give me a crash course in hacking phone networks.
