1000 euro PC build

    Due to circumstances beyond my control, I can only buy the stuff from Komplett.ie. So what kind of spec can I get is what I'm wondering...

    1. What is your budget?     [€1000]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming] (If gaming include which games) [Fallout 4, Mass Effect Andromeda, BF4, Far Cry etc]

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Have Windows 7 Ultimate]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [160GB HD, 2TB HD, 305 watt PSU, 4 x1GB DDR3]

    5. Do you need a monitor? [No, have a Dell 1440 x 900]

    5a. If yes, what size do you need.

    5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [No]

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes]

    8. How can you pay? [Komplett.ie credit only]

    9. When are you purchasing? [any time]

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? [No help needed]

    AFAIK Battlefield (and your other listed games) rely on core/thread count more than CPU speed.

    BTW AMD RyZen is out next month, might be cheaper for similar performance.
