I have a bsc and msc in environmental ased science. I also have a few scientific publications. can anyone advise on organisations and corporations where there would be a decent chance of gaining some lab experience.

Every pharmaceutical plant in the country has an environmental department. Mainly office based work though. Probably some water testing but that's usually done by QC. Applying for QC jobs is probably your best bet for lab based experience.

I didn't feel the need to start a new thread for this as I'm asking mainly out of curiosity... but what kind of job, if any, would a course like the one below qualify a person for? Assuming no other relevant qualifications.

Certificate in Science in Biopharmaceutical Processing – Level 6
