BT/Eir Sport with spare HD box and card

    Hi folks,

    bit of trouble here hoping you can sort me out.

    I have a sky HD box with subscription in one room, and as I have Eir BB and phone I have free BT/Eir sport.

    I can also add a second card to this which I did, the sky HD box in the front sitting room, which I had running with a sub prior to the one i have now.

    I had it up and running smooth for 6 months. I had to pair the card again to the box which I easily did using the new install selection and i had my sports. was perfect for last 6/7 months.

    but in the last week after a power cut the box is now asking to pair the card again, which i did. but all i am getting is pairing successful your channels will appear shortly. (that's the message on all channels, apart from FTA)

    wonder what's the next step is?

    who should I contact?

    any help appreciate it.
