What would cause this? It's my Mam's kitchen telly, connected to aerial on the roof. She doesn't use it often but last time she turned it on it wasn't watchable. I tried re-tuning, checking cables etc. It has signal level 100% but signal quality 0% on the Walker Saorview box.

Does it mean the aerial has moved? Don't wanna call Tv guy out to fix it if it's likely to be something else causing the problem.

There is a thread further down discussing this very problem.

Update: I replaced the Saorview box (a Walker) with a spare one I had and hey presto! problem solved. Still don't know how the box went faulty as my parents hardly even use that tv but at least it's sorted now and we didn't have to call out any repairman.
