Ok so last Wednesday I started working in a factory and was told that we get paid every Thursday and are paid a week in arrears, now seeing tomorrow is Thursday I'm wondering what will I get paid for? Last week I worked Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and this week I worked Monday and Tuesday..any help appreciated..

Assuming the companies working week is Monday to Sunday you should be paid for Wednesday, Thursday & Friday you worked last week this Thursday and the days you work this week will be paid next week.

You might lose a bit to Emergency Tax but you'll get it back in a few weeks
