Hi, quick query…............filled in wrong day on casual docket. Should a note be included to explain or will an X through date be enough...... And they will know. Thanks.

Put a note beside the mistake to explain. Just say Error: Days. and fill out correct day. I thought it would be enough just crossing it out but they stopped my money and I had to go in to sort it out. They said the system (Computer) doesn't read the error, but if there's a note on it, they check it by hand.
