    Is there a fine on paying the 260-ish Euro student levy fee after the due date. was due on the 31st of January

    I know there's one that is supposed to exist, but I've never had one applied despite leaving it until the very last second every time.

    Child benefit stops the month the child turns 18 - if they are in full time education. It has not been paid up to the age of 22 for years.
