can I use an Irish disabled badge in the UK.

I'm planning on using the severn bridge, will I be exempt from charges? , likewise for using parking spaces.

The badge is recognised in all EU and EEA states, in the UK they can be used for parking (but remember in the UK you can't use a badge in all areas so you may be liable for parking depending on council bye-laws). Toll exemptions are for UK issued badges only.
