Kitchen respray

Hi all, had a kitchen installed in 2007 that looks quite dated now, it has solid oak doors but was wondering had anyone experience of getting a kitchen resprayed?? Would love to respray it a light grey or white but am unsure as to what the quality would be like! Any experiences of the above would be appreciated.
