    The developer hasn't decided on a pricing strategy thus far and the selling agent (Hooke and McDonald) are taking names of interested parties and will contact them closer to the time once further details are decided on (probably 8-12 weeks time).

    Given the location- 380k seems a bit rich?

    Did they update it again. 430k is the cheapest I see on the ad.

    Seems to be a general thing. Noticed a small development in the sticks in Offaly, had an eye on it and this week they upped the price for the cheapest units: 15k.

    50k is some jump. I didn't see the ad before so I'm wondering if they had one or two smaller units for 380k to market it lower and raise interest.

    In developments I've seen recently it was indeed the case that they had a few quite cheap units, like terraced ones, but once you saw semi-d with pretty much the same layout there was a huge jump in price.
