Design agencies / recruiters

I am hoping to get into a digital design role either doing web or graphic design. To date i am only signed up with one agency. What are my options around the Dublin area? Any tips or advice for getting into this industry would be great

Build a solid portfolio of work and apply to every job, its the only way. What agency are you involved with?
