Jury Duty

    Hi all

I've been called for jury duty in March. I'm actually booked off from work on Parental Leave at the same time for 2 weeks. Had a child only last week and have the leave booked which can not be changed.

The jury service starts on a Wednesday and we're also due to attend a wedding on the Thursday down the country (100 miles away).

Between being off on Parental Leave and the wedding would this be sufficient enough of a reason not to be able to attend?

    Thanks.

There's a leaflet with the notice that explains what qualifies. Contact the person named on the notice, they're very reasonable in my experience.
