Nice course, side of a hill, if you google national novice 2013 you should get pics.

Tough, about a 1k climb up the side of a hill, loses all that elevation in about 150m lightning quick downhill and a bit of flat in between before the climb starts again. 1500m laps, testing course but I really enjoy it.

Jaysus a 1k hill sounds very daunting! Better put the feet up until Sunday!

Yes its tough going, funny enough you can get back a lot of places on the downhill section though if you are a good descender.

all last years top 7/8 fellas are doin it with the inclusion of bryan mcmahon,,bit of a dearth of fast ladies,though 3 former winners taking part and sinead mulligan looks to be favourite
