Samsung 50" Plasma starting problem

Hi Guys, I have a 6/7 yr old Samsung Plasma. After a minutes viewing the set went black and the on button continually flashes. I can hear the relays chopping in and out at the rear. I've tried turning off for a length of time, disconnecting everything, etc. A lot of sites tell you to bring up the menu to get rid of set…
