Tá Acht ó dheas agus is beag cearta a bhronntar ar phobal na gaeilge dá bharr. Déanfaidh na comhluchtaí poiblí a laghad agus is féidir leo maidir le seirbhísí gaeilge. Dar ndóigh níor cheart go mbeadh gá le dlí chun go gcuirfí seirbhísí ar fáil do dhaoine ina dteanga féin ina dtír féin. Ba cheart go mbeadh meas ag comhluchtaí poiblí agus príobháideach ar a gcustaiméirí agus go ndéanfaí freastal orthu ina rogha teanga oifigiúil, ó dheas ar a laghad.
