Hey all.

We're about to start our house build and we were wondering is there any template for legal fees. There really is no legal matters to deal with other than the sign off for the mortgage down payments. Trying to fill in some specific figures on a budget plan and curious to know. Obviously may vary by location (we're in midlands)and solicitor but just curious.
