Class 2 & 3 Business Insurance

Anyone know if the above insurance covers occasional delivery by a 3rd party for a business or for a non commercial customer? eg. Mary Jones wants a package delivered to her sister across town and uses someone with class 2 or 3 insurance.

Class 2 or 3 normally are connected to indemnity for a set employer use.

Nurse attending other hospital or accountant going to clients premises and claiming expenses

Delivery or courier use is not class 2 or 3
