SAS and Norwegian Airlines Question

    Hi, flying Dublin to Stockholm with SAS and the following day from Stockholm to Bangkok with Norwegian Airlines.Same question for both, how do I check in?Their websites say you can check in online but cant see anything about if you still have to then get a boarding pass or wether you can download boarding passes to your phone.
    Can any of you good folk help please?

    SAS have an app ... on iOS I just use the app and have boarding card in the wallet app easy enough
