Havent a clue so any ideas would be welcome.... looking to buy a house and one has come on the market but it has a garage on the side where we would like a room... so just wondering what is a rough figure to convert a garage to a room!! In my simpleton mind all that would need to be done is flooring, plaster board and internal render, stick in a radiator and brick work at the front and a window!!!

The garage is about 16'x8'

Dont want to embarrass myself trying to guess a cost but someone on here might know!!
