How much information to put on CV

Hi all, just a general query about what pertinent information should I include on my CV - I haven't sent one in donkey's years so I'm not sure what's changed. I'm heading towards 40 working in the same place for almost 12 years, 4 years before that in a place that has since closed down and a few jobs that lasted about 12-18 months before that. I'm presuming people looking at my CV don't need a full list of my leaving cert results at this stage of the game. What should I include in terms of personal details?

    Personal details:
    Name
    Address
    Email,
    Telephone number,
    Linkedin profile address

Personal statement or career objectives if appropirate (depends on the type of job you want).

Any relevant volunteer positions you do or have held - if they would help you get the job. Leave out otherwise.

    Career history
List all jobs in reverse order, with dates to month/year level. Show job titles or not depending on whether they're relevant - but be consistent throughout. Very briefly list achievements/responsibilities of the most recent jobs.

    Education
Reverse order. Details of 3rd level quals (not individual subjects / courses). What 2nd level school you went to and quals at very top level of detail (eg St What'sIts College, Ballywherever, Leaving Certificate 1992)

Professional development / memberships / awards / publications - only if relevant to the job.
