    Aluminium frame, carbon fork ‘adventure/gravel road’ bike. This is a 2013 frame which I built up with Sram apex with a 38T wolftooth narrow wide chainring and a 12-32 cassette. The wheels are giant SR-2 6-bolt quick release. Avid BB5 disc brakes. Deda finishing kit all round. Comes with either Schwalbe CX comp tyres or a set of Marathon pros, both 38mm in width.

    Size Large: Suits riders between 5-10 and 6-1.

    Asking price €600.

    2014 Mavic Ksyrium Elite S:

    About 7000km on these. Running through and the bearings are smooth. Comes with a Ultegra 6800 11-25 cassette with similar useage. QRs included

    Asking price €150.

    Images

    Elite Arion Mag Parabolic Resistance Rollers:

    Used set of rollers. 3 resistance levels. Resistance is enough to ride steady up to around 380 watts. Not skilled enough to sprint properly on them. Work perfectly, bearings are smooth and the rubber band is in good condition.

    Asking price €150.

    With the assumption that these wheels are strong enough for a 100kg rider I'd like to offer €65 for the;

    105 5800 hubs built into Xtreme rims:

    Solid wheelset, smooth bearings. Maybe 3000km use. Can take an 8-11 speed cassette. Comes with a vittoria rubino front and durano rear tyre. No cassette. QRs included. Black rims.

    Can pick up in Dublin city or D9.

    cheers

    That's a gorgeous looking bike. Love the colour. What size is it?

    Would be interested in the Mavic wheels. What is the breaking surface like?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 41 BenDelaney

    @ Harry: Cyclops wheel is yours.

    @Peter: They'd have no problem with a 100kg rider. €65 euro is fine, offer accepted. Drop me a PM to arrange.

    @FatBloke: the Arkose is a large, 570mm effective top tube, 540mm seat tube. Suitable for riders between 5-10 and 6-1. I'm 6-2 and it's just a bit too short on the top tube for me. Would keep it but it doesn't fit.

    @Godtabh: The front rim has a bit of wear, the rear has practically none as it was replaced under warranty by Mavic and is much newer than the front. Will take a pic of a razor blade next to the rim tomorrow when I have more hands at my disposal.

    Can you post the photos? Still interested

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 41 BenDelaney

    I've posted the pictures at the ksyerium link above just now. Sorry for the delay, was a long day. Pics of front rim only as rear has no appreciable wear.

    TBH, I'd prefer not to ship.

    How recent was the rear replaced? Trying to gauge usage as I assume it doesnt have '000km on it?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 41 BenDelaney

    @fatbloke They're cable discs.

    @godtabh The rear was replaced in April 2015. It was used up until September that year and has sat around since, maybe 2000km.

    If you pay for delivery I'd sell them for 100. I won't be over in the West for the foreseeable future. Or if you've anyone over here I've no problem dropping them somewhere.

    Looking at an post it should only be a tener to post as they should come in under 2kg

    Hey Ben,

    I'm interested in the Pinnacle.
    I'll make you an offer of 400. I'm in Sligo and it will be 3 weeks before I can collect. However I can secure with a deposit if you accept. Or we can meet sooner somewhere halfway if that suits. Let me know what you think?
