Im looking to buy sound system. I would like to know what is the best option. Sound bar and sub woofer or with one or two speakers behind also. The room is approx 15msq and is an apart ment. Would like to be able to stream online music be connected to a tv. I cant have anything screwed to walls. And prefer wireless. Any suggestions what brands systems would be best.

I have an LG MusicFlow system that links to the TV wirelessly, via optical or via HDMI Arc... I choose to use ARC as it is powered on by the TV and the sound quality is good. I also have a small selection of speakers that I connect wirelessly to the soundbar for surround sound. I can group or ungroup the speakers as I wish and have multiroom... I can cast music via any compatible app; Spotify, Deezer (my choice), Tidal, Pandora etc... so there's no walled garden like Sonos. Unfortunately, as per my thread, it looks like they are going to discontinue the system (possibly), however there is an update expected this month that will allow full Google Cast/Home/Assistant compatibility (yay).

I would definitely recommend going with a wireless system & definitely something that is Google Cast compatible. Heres a list of brands that do something similar:
