PAYE/FORM 12A

    I was recently let go from my first job as there wasn't enough hours and now I'm starting a new job.

    My employer handed me a Form 12A, some of my details were already filled out but some were incorrect so I thought I'd do it online, it'a quicker and easier and my details are accurate from my previous job. When I complete it online, will my employer receive a summery of my profile on Revenu? As in, will they receive my address, PPS no, DOB, etc., or will they just receive a confirmation email?

    I called revenue and they told me I could not submit online. I had to print off and mail to the revenue office nearest to me (had to call again to find out where). I kept a copy for myself just in case. Revenue received the form, took me off emergency tax and returned a copy of the form to me in the post. I gave the form to my employer

    How long ago was this? With my first job I completed my Form 12A online and that was only in November or December of last year(I was paid in hand prior). I'm just curious to know what your employer receives once you complete the Form 12A online, will they receive your details or just a tax credit certificate?

    I see you have this duplicated. I answered your query in your other thread.

    There are no more paper submissions for new jobs - it all has to be done online now.
