Moving hot press and bathroom

Hi all, Thinking about moving our bathroom and hotpress currently on ground floor up to a bedroom on first floor. Would this be a massive hassle or not? Bedroom is directly above current bathroom and kitchen will be going where bathroom currently is so will need some of the water pipes. Anyone done something similar? Thanks
