    Biggest match up of the day will be Laura Muir taking on Helen Obiri in the 3000m where both will be looking to put down fast times and lay down a marker.

    In the mens 1500m Silas Kiplagat will be hoping to turn things around and return to his previous best of a few years ago as he takes on Manangoi who will be firm favourite.

    Muir outclassing Obiri with a 8.26.41 5th fastest all time. Hard to see anyone touching her at the Europeans next month
