Drive to M3/Dunboyne and get the train in.

Assuming Kells in Meath, there appears not to be.

Sillan Tours operate route 179 from Cootehill / Navan to Dublin: http://www.sillan.ie/index.php/bus-timetables - I'd go for a very early bus, if possible.

Would there be parking spaces left about 7.30am would you know?

Yeah, for sure. It's got a massive car park plus you have Dunboyne down the road as well.

If you need to get in a little earlier perhaps you can pick up the early birds from Maynooth or Kilcock.
