Wetherby 3:55 - I find it always pays to back a younger and more in form horses over hunter chases than formerly decent but ageing chasers that very often have problems, which is often the reason why they are sent hunting. With that said, I am finding it very hard to see past the favourite Ardea at 2/1 tomorrow. Already a winner at this level (it really should be two from two), still only 9 years of age, it's hacked up at p2p events and I think it should add to recent successes tomorrow.

Have had a good bet on la prezien at sandown 10/3. Form looks the best amongst this small but select field, only being turned over by Yorkhill last season (and we know he's a beast......).

Been impressed with Top Notch's jumping efficiency in last few runs and despite him being a pony, think Sandown will suit him.

At Fairyhouse, surely Shattered Love is a stonking bet? She's giving small bit of weight to Mullins mares but her form finishing just behind Airlie Beach and Lets Dance on previous runs is miles the best and she should prove too good today.

Shattered love a worthy fav with the best form by a street but its a mares race which terrifies me from a betting perspective. :pac: Have had a small ew on one of the outsiders island remede

Twiss Hill 33-1 into 12/1 here. Interesting to see how she fares. 30/1 Betfair maybe not

Rayvin Black is tempting me at 10/1, has form on the ground but needs to reproduce form and a bit against two decent horses.

BUVEUR D´AIR is in fine order anyway.

Small bet straight on the old boy Telenor to show what it used to be capable in the 2:20 at Fairyhouse.

Was thinking the same. She was class in her early days. Don't know the trainer though.

Major Muscari worth a play Newcastle 6.45, a close 3rd to Bookmaker 2 weeks ago, in a race which is holding up quite nicely. Bookmaker went down by a short head in a higher grade event at Lingfield today. West Leake was back in 4th and went in at Kempton last night. Nasri in 8th was a short head second at Chelmsford on Thursday night. Charlie Bennett isn't a bad pilot. 6/1 looks ok.

Was tipped by Hugh Taylor this morning too.

Thought Lewis Edmunds gave an old fav of mine Testa Rossa a shocker of a ride at Newcastle 745pm. Went off fav, loves it round there, got into terrible traffic and came late as always to come 5th. Will watch him nto, and note if he is supported.

That's the way he runs held up and goes for a gap.. gone well up the handicap in recent months

    Yeh I felt the same
They didn't go any pace early which wasn't going to help being held up last and down a furlong than he's use too but he should have start pushing sooner.
