mbox faster upload than download

hi i have 2gb s802 mbox(ok machine). kodi downloads are 0.10mb/s from a 85mb/s fibre connection. the box is through 200mb/s home plugs from router to tv about 3meters away. went onto ookla and wireless DL 14mb/s UL 18mb/s ethernet DL 15mb/s UL 19mb/s not sure what the craic is here! any dig out? thanks J
