Surely if Sky were sending you something they would be the ones emailing you.

I've never known An post to email apart from when I manually imput my email on their site to request delivery notification and even then it's just a notification that it has been delivered.

    Sounds like a scam imo

Not sure how it could be a scam TBH, a wrong address maybe but where would the scam come in ???

I've never known An Post to e-mail either but I know other couriers like DPD do

the an post emails are new. As suggested check with the an post site, its a tracking number so cant see how you are going to be scammed.

If you want to now what's being dispatched call customer care. (could it be a buy and keep movie?)

Can you do this? Go to www.anpost.ie, and enter the tracking number on their website?

I recently ordered an internet service from a company who used An Post to deliver the router, and I got an email from An Post advising of its delivery, so they do definitely email in some cases. I'll check if I still have it and report back with the email address

Did you get the free dvd offer from Sky over Christmas?

It might be that mine was delayed and I only had it posted out to me last week with the same kind of email.
