Samsung Tablet Fault

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me where in Dublin (Hopefully around Tallaght area) I could get a fault report done on two Samsung Tablets. I need this done from a company. Don't need a repair, just the report stating the fault. I've tried D.I.D and emailed some phone shops etc but they don't seem to provide reports…
