Serious mass isn't protein. It's an expensive blend of carbs and protein in a 5:1 (c : p) ratio amd with recommended servings that give you a boat load of calories. You'd want to be seriously struggling with your food to need it.

Just get a decent balanced diet and add in some whey protein of needs be.

Try myprotein.com, make your own smoothies rather than buying flavoured protein mixes full of sugars or sweeteners and other ingredients, all you want is the protein.

But before you do that, calculate your macros (www.iifym.com) and download myfitnesspspal app. Protein powder is after you have eaten all your fish, chicken, turkey, eggs etc and are struggling to hit your daily protein needs. Having a protein shake and lifting weights and expecting to get bigger is throwing away your money unless you've calculated your needs and are eating a calorie surplus etc etc do your research! There's endless info out there

before you waste your money on supps, start upping calorie intake through clean eating , supplements are only to supplement your diet not be it.
chicken red meat etc best source of protein. also peanut butter milkshakes :)
