Not sure rampage, but I'd imagine if you give the RSA a ring, they'll know. I'm doing my D1 practical bus walkaround next week, and not sure what to expect. Any ideas ?

You'll have you CPC within 5 to 6 working days of making your online and postal application. Your employer will decide on wheather you can drive or not.

Handy to have a printed copy of your CPC Portal on the RSA website to show you've passed and made application.

Also make sure that you applied for your Tachograph cards as well.

C'mon mattser, you're taking the piss!
You asked the exact same question back last November and I gave you the following response. http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=101528327&postcount=21

If you are serious about bus and coach driving, get the finger out!

Pat, that conversation was just around the time I did the case study test. I applied for the walkaround immediately after that, and this coming week was the soonest available appointment for the walkaround test.

Just checking with the OP who might have tips on their recent experience.

Believe me, the finger is well and truly out. I have work offers, and haven't wasted a minute.

Thanks again for your help btw.

Hi lads . Is it possible to do the cpc walk around test and the driving test on separate days? I have recently passed my test for the C License but never did a cpc walk around on the day.
