Hi there, i recently had a technician from KN out to my property to install fibre broadband, He arrived and tested a manhole outside the house and advised that the line had yet to be brought up to my house ( 100 foot away from where it is available). Hi there,

He was unable to advise on when this work would be carried out if ever, how is it one goes in finding out this information?
