hi all from my hospital bed! where staff is doing a fabulous job...

i want to start by saying one day i had an episode of being short of breath and having palpitations at work we had to call an ambulance. we have no first aid kit or first aid person to help so calling an ambulance was the only option.

i went to hospital with 160 over 90 bp

i get back to office two days after to work as normal and my boss started to have a conversation with me over flights tickets prices to visit clients onsite...i was insisting to go in the afternoon so we arrive early and fresh for the next morning...she was insisting to go after working hours wich would make me arrive at 11pm to start at 8 next day...which i refused gently....she was absolutely fuming to get a No from me....she said if everybody is doing it you must do it too...i suggested another ticket thats makes me go at working hours which she refused because it would make me lose half a day at the office...then later accepted this ticket not without mentioning that she has to see over achievement after these meetings...

the next day is our 1to1 day and asking me if i ve booked the tickets she completely snaps and tries to hit me by throwing her phone at me...i reported this to hr...that event triggered some palpitations again and i managed this crisis with breathing...

i was on pto monday and received 1to1/invitation with the director of our site and i started to panick again being admitted to A&E with a BP over 170 and palpitations i had injections of many things i dont know to bring it down)...doctors are formal these are panick attacks...

back at the office the director insists i have a 1to1 with my manager and prior to this i start to panick and this time emergences measured me at 181 and told we can t let you go like this...

i am considering to engage legal actions with my manager despite the fact that i love my job and i have an excellent record...i m eying a promotion and i know this wont happen because of all this...

i would like to know if it is possible to have a legal action while still being able to work for the company...

    sorry for the looooong story...

TBH, I just skimmed it but the answer is the same anyway. Consult a Solicitor, the cost is negligable.
