    Just wondering do people know when a person is charged with dangerous driving causing death for a accident . The accident involed a car hitting another car .a person in the same car was killed and and all the other driver seen was the car was out of control swaying and had slipped.
    Can any person be convicted on forensic evidence as the only evidence

    i mean there was a thread a few weeks ago about a person who lost control of their car and hit an oncoming car causing a death.
