    Got my renewal from Allianz recently, i see they have changed the NCB scale.
    Instead of qualifying for a full no claims bonus of 55% after 5 years claim free driving you now need 8+ years to qualify for a full no claims bonus.

    Point on NCBC scale. % Discount
    0 0%
    1 5%
    2 10%
    3 20%
    4 30%
    5 35%
    6 40%
    7 45%
    8 50%
    8+ 55%

    Are many other insurance companies doing this now?
