    Afternoon

I've been running a good bit lately getting my distances up, adding small amounts each week.

Last few days however I've had a niggle in my groin, inside leg near my thigh.

Just asking if anyone has any advice, i.e. would deep heat/tiger balm work? I've stopped training, missed 2 runs already but any advice would be great.

Thinking about DCM this year so don't want to risk doing damage which could keep me out because of doing something stupid like training when I shouldn't

I'm not giving medical advice (charter etc etc), but don't put Deep Heat near your groin or near anywhere sensitive!

Go to your physio and they will give you the correct exercises
