Hi We have a shower in our bathroom that is fed from the hot tank.
We have an electric shower which we mainly use. We recently re did the bathroom and replaced the shower in the bathroom with a similar type but has a much bigger shower head. The old shower has some pressure and water flow but the new one seems to be just a dribble. We probably should have put in a pumped shower
can this be done now with out any interference to the tile work ?
Is it a pump in the attic or is it a different type of shower ?
    Thanks in advance.

The bigger the shower head the more water /pressure needed. Also the new shower fitted is most likely designed for pressurised systems or high pressure systems. You have a low pressure system.
Options would be to put a pump on the shower or putting in a new shower.
Ask the plumber who installed the shower about a pump.
